Canadians who are overweight or obese has enlarged radically over the past years. I think that accomplishing and keeping a healthy weight is a key to decrease the chance of those diseases and make a better overall health. Obesity is caused by unhealthy eating habits and the lack of physical activity. It’s basically just like this, If food offers you more calories than you burn, your body with suffer the consequences and  you gain more and more fats in you body. This is the simple concept behind obesity. Out of control eating habits are the main cause why people happens to be obese. I also think that obesity can be inborn. We are all hectic in our schedules sometimes, we‘re suddenly hungry, just chill and hangout with friends or family and eat fast foods for breakfast or dinner or lunch and even midnight snacks, I mean it does not mean that we have to eat everything fast food restaurants. Burgers may look fine to eat, but they are way too fatty and just unhealthy for you sometimes. Thing is, a one burger is like one meal, but you do not look the circumstances this way. Your stomach will never be full, so it will keep asking for more, that means you’ll be eating more and more unhealthy products. Lots of people try to diet themselves and can drop a few pounds. But in my experience and in my opinion once you get back to your old way of eating habits it will eventually means that the weight lost turns into weight regained. The truth that particular tasty foods are forbidden makes them that much more appealing to your appetite.
